Puding Holiday World Hotel Kata Beach , Kata Beach (Phuket)

We had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was fantastic, just a short walk to Kata Beach, the service was not as helpful as we had hoped, and the dining options left much to be desired. The atmosphere felt a bit restrictive with all the signs, and our initial check-in experience was quite frustrating. Overall, the hotel has some redeeming qualities, but I would expect more for the price we paid.
